This rare and highly collectable of Rugby Union memorabilia is an original match programme for the match between England and Scotland played at Twickenham on 19 March 1932. Apart from a small vertical crease, it is presented in good condition. Part of a large private collection (more of the collection can be viewed on this website), the owner has in some cases included some handwritten and typed notes on separate paper detailing the game, and in subsequent years added more notes on the history of notable players.
This includes their war history and in more recent times, their passing. Some include relevant newspaper cuttings where a player is talked about either for their war efforts, Rugby career or their obituary.This rare and highly collectable of Rugby Union memorabilia is an original match programme for the match between England and Wales played at Twickenham on 17 January 1931. Apart from a small vertical crease, it is presented in good condition. These additions, written and collected over a period of years by a person who witnessed the games, adds considerable historical significance and which make fascinating reading.
