Australia v England 1934 Autographs
Australia v England 1934 Autographs include Barnett, Don Bradman, Woodfull, O'Reilly, Oldfield, Chipperfield, Grimmett, Kippax, Bromley, Ponsford, McCabe etc Two pages signed in ink by 12 of the Tourists. Pages and autographs with odd marks are exactly as shown in the images and would be great for framing, make an excellent display/montage This display is of particular significance to cricket memorabilia collectors as Australia won the 1934 Ashes series against England 2-1. The tourists were captained by Bill Woodfull, while the home side were captained by Bob Wyatt, with Cyril Walters standing in for Wyatt in the first Test. The last two Tests stand out owing to the batting of Bill Ponsford and Don Bradman, sharing partnerships of 388 at Headingley (scoring 181 and 304 respectively) and 451 at the Oval (scoring 266 and 244 respectively) this was to be Ponsford's final Test Match..
